My wife and I were relocating to Las Vegas and Carla came to us highly recommended. A year ago my wife and I assumed the responsibility of selling her mother’s house. Shortly after we had engaged Carla, a faulty pipe in the foundation caused over $100,000 in water damage. Simply put, the house needed to be rebuilt from the concrete up along with drywall replacement three feet up throughout the entire interior. What a disaster! Carla Redmond rose to the challenge, coordinating with the insurance company, and fundamentally taking over the renovation. Using her own trusted subcontractors, Carla exercised her negotiation skills adding approximately $20,000 in value to the insurance settlement. Carla also managed the enhancement budget and redesigned the bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas including flooring, quartz, cabinets, lighting, appliance replacement, exterior work, and much more. In a less than perfect market, Carla staged and sold the property for our expected price. My 90 year old mother-in-law is very happy with the added financial security.
