Guri Digerose was our realtor when we moved from Los Angeles, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada in August 2023. From the moment we met Guri, until we found our forever home, she was in constant touch with both my wife and me. In July 2023, my wife and I sold our two homes in California to move to Las Vegas, Nevada. Our niece introduced us to Guri Digerose from Queensridge Realty. We planned to rent a home until we found our forever home. Guri quickly found us a monthly rental and started searching for homes in Summerlin, Nevada.

Despite homes in Summerlin selling in less than 24 hours, Guri’s extensive knowledge and connections paid off. She referred us to a finance company that pre-approved our loan and held our deposit, making our offer highly competitive. When the perfect home became available, Guri was the first to show it at 9:00 a.m., and we purchased it sight unseen via FaceTime with a 30-day escrow.

The seller admitted that Guri’s prompt action and our pre-approved offer were why they accepted it, even though they received 10 higher offers later. Thanks to Guri’s guidance and pre-planning, we secured our dream home.

Our relationship with Guri didn’t end there. She continues to assist us with home repairs through her extensive network of contacts. Guri’s honesty, integrity, and exceptional service have made her like family to us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Vegas area.
