Four Seasons Private Residences

Four Seasons Partners with $1 Billion Henderson High-Rise Project
In a groundbreaking collaboration, a luxurious $1 billion resort-style high-rise project in MacDonald Highlands, Henderson, has joined forces with Four Seasons to offer its renowned brand name and premium management services to the development.

The partnership aims to enhance the allure of the 171 residences, comprising two towers and six stand-alone villas. Developed by Azure Resorts & Hotels, in collaboration with Luxus Development, Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas offers a wide range of living options.

The meticulously crafted residences will span between 2,300 and 7,300 square feet internally, with additional expansive outdoor areas ranging from 500 to 5,000 square feet. Each unit showcases breathtaking vistas of the iconic Las Vegas Strip and the majestic McCullough mountain range, providing residents with a truly captivating living experience

As reported by The Las Vegas Review Journal, Jim Reilly, President of Azure Resorts & Hotels, expressed his enthusiasm for the project: “This has the potential to become our flagship project in North America, given its remarkable profile. Las Vegas is an iconic brand itself, and to bring our brand to this market is truly remarkable. The unique topography of the mountain allows us to build upwards, providing residents with stunning views overlooking Las Vegas. The vistas are simply unparalleled. We have even designed a one-of-a-kind negative-edge pool that extends over the cliff’s edge, which we believe will become one of the most iconic swimming pools in North America. Imagine sitting in that pool at sunset, savoring a drink delivered by Four Seasons, while watching planes land—it’s an experience like no other.”

The project is currently in the site work and blasting phase, with construction set to commence in September. The estimated duration of the construction process is 28 months, with a budget of approximately $1 billion. This timeline places the completion date towards the end of 2025 or early 2026, ushering in a new era of luxury living in Las Vegas.
